        The 'Added to Cart' flow is an easy way to remind shoppers of the products left behind in their shopping cart and boost sales. In this article, you’ll learn how to activate the 'Added to Cart' flow in a few simple steps.

        How it works

        The flow will detect when a subscriber adds a product to their cart and send a reminder SMS and Email if they don’t checkout in the next 2 hours.

        Important:
        Only shoppers who are SMS & Email subscribers will trigger the Added to Cart flow.

        Activating the Added to Cart flow

        1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Flows > Flow Templates.
        2. Find and click on the Added to Cart flow.
        3. Click on the Activate flow button.

        You’ll find the active flow in your Flows dashboard, where you can track its performance, edit or deactivate it.

        Editing your Added to cart flow

        If you want to change the pre-written message and add a little something to match your brand’s voice or add a condition, you can simply click on the Edit flow button, which will lead you to the flow editor.
