Enable it in the Chat tab and reach out to customers so that you can resolve any pressing issues, answer questions on new orders, and respond to their feedback all through a user-friendly chat layout.
Available for:
Merchants who use toll-free numbers, long virtual numbers, and dedicated shortcodes to text their customers.
After enabling Chat, set up a greetings message your customers will get when they contact you for the first time.
