With the Klaviyo integration, all collected data will sync seamlessly to your Klaviyo account, allowing for easy management of your subscriber lists.

Subscription Forms Overview

Yotpo provides multiple tools for collecting subscriber information, including popups, embedded forms, spin-to-win, and footer forms. These tools can collect both phone numbers and email addresses, allowing you to engage customers through SMS and email marketing.

Setting Up Your Subscription Forms

Enabling Popup Subscriber Collection

To set up a popup that collects both phone numbers and email addresses:

1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email dashboard, go to Audience > Subscriber Collection Tools.

2. Under the Popup card, click Set it up.

3. Choose the popup type you want to use: SMS & Email, SMS, or Email.

   • Each type has sample themes you can choose to use.

   • Alternatively, you can also build a custom popup by clicking the Create from scratch button in the upper right corner.

You can now customize your popup's appearance using the provided settings for background, color, font size, and button design. Adjust the call-to-action content to match your brand voice and encourage signups.

Important:

• You can choose to collect either phone numbers, emails, or both.

• To collection only email addresses, you need to enable the Yotpo SMS - Klaviyo Integration. Without this integration, collecting phone numbers remains mandatory.

Collecting Subscribers with Different Forms

Yotpo offers multiple form styles for collecting subscriber information. Depending on your desired user experience, you can increase your form's complexity with multiple steps or keep it simple with one step.

1-Step Form

This is the simplest and quickest form, ideal for mobile users.

Steps:

1. Under your selected popup type, choose a 1-step form layout.

2. Customize the layout and button design.

2-Step Form

The 2-step form allows you to collect both phone numbers and email addresses more interactively.

Steps:

1. Customize the appearance of the email collection box, adjusting font size, color, and border settings.

2. Click on the additional steps at the top of the popup editor to customize them.

You can add more fields such as name and birthday fields but clicking the + button above and below the email or SMS field.

3+ Step Form

The 3+ step form is the most detailed option, guiding users through separate steps for each piece of information:

Steps:

1. Collect the email address.

2. Collect the phone number.

3. Collect additional data like names, birthdays, and custom fields for unique information (e.g. hair type, shoe size, favorite season, etc.).

4. Thank the customer for subscribing.

Footer Form and Embedded Form

If you prefer using footer forms or embedded forms, the setup process for collecting email addresses follows the same steps as for popups. You can still collect both emails and phone numbers with either option, and they offer the same functionality for customizing appearance and fields.
