The Coming Soon module allows you to notify shoppers about your upcoming rewards program.

The module creates a buzz around the program and can help engage shoppers and collect their emails before your rewards program goes live.

    Creating the module

To create a Coming Soon module instance:

    1. In your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals admin, go to On-site Modules > Coming Soon Module.
    2. Click the Create button.

    Customizing the module

You can customize every aspect of the module to fit your brand’s voice and tone.

    Layout

In this section, you can choose which module layout you'd like to use: Left, right, or centered.

Additionally, you can check the Collect email address setting and add an email field to the module that will allow your shoppers to leave their email addresses if they want to receive a notification when the program goes live.

The setting is turned on by default, but you can turn it off at any point.

The list of all the signed-up customers and their emails can be found in the Customers section of your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals admin. Simply go to Customers > Customer Mgmt and click the Export button. In the dropdown menu, you will see the following export option:

    Look & feel

    Fonts & images

In this tab, you can choose the image displayed to both a mobile user and a desktop user. You can also set the background color for the square within the image.

You can customize the module further by using the Advanced CSS section.

    Description screen

This tab allows you to edit the module text, including the font size and color, and inform your shoppers that something exciting is making its way to your store.

    Marketing opt-in

    Important!
Compliance with all applicable laws, rules, or regulations of any jurisdiction, including those relating to privacy, falls under the merchant’s responsibility.

This setting will be available to you if you choose to collect customer emails in the Layout tab.

You can choose to add a marketing material opt-in disclaimer with or without a text box, edit the disclaimer text, and add links to your store’s privacy policy or terms of use.

To add a link to your disclaimer:

    1. Choose the term or text you’d like to have highlighted and clickable and place square brackets around it
    2. Immediately after the square brackets, add regular brackets that contain the target URL for that link

    For example:

I agree to receive promotional content from this shop, as described in the [privacy policy](http://example.net/).

This is what your shoppers will see:

    Please note:
The Text with checkbox disclaimer type affects the opacity of the Subscribe button. Tick the box to remove the opacity and view the chosen button color:

    Thank you screen

This tab will only be available if you’ve checked the Collect email address setting of the Layout section.

Once a shopper fills in their email address, they’ll see a second screen that thanks them for their interest and participation.

The Thank You screen tab allows you to edit the message that will be shown to them on this screen.

    Saving and publishing your module

Once you’re done customizing your module, you can save it by clicking the save icon.

To publish your module and make it available to shoppers:

    1. Go to the top right corner of the preview window and click on Publish
    2. Copy the code snippet and embed it on the relevant page of your site

Any customizations you save and publish for this module instance moving forward will not require you to copy and paste the code again. To publish module changes and updates, click on Publish > Publish changes.

This will push all the relevant changes onto the module instance that’s already embedded on your site.

    Inactive/Active module

If your module instance is active (green dot), this means that any changes you publish will be reflected on your store if the module snippet is embedded.

If your module is inactive (yellow dot), any changes you publish/save will not be reflected on your store. This also means if you had the module snippet embedded and active on your store before, it will not be visible when inactive.
