Configuring Billing and Payments

Manage your payment settings in your Yotpo Account Settings. Update your plans, update your payment settings, change your billing address, and more.

Accessing your billing settings

To access your settings:

1. Click theicon in the top right corner of your Yotpo admin.
2. Click Account Settings.
3. Click Billing. The Billing page is displayed.

Changing a plan

You can change, upgrade, or cancel selected plans directly from your Yotpo Account Settings. For some plans, you’ll need to make changes via your Yotpo representative.

To change your plan:

1. Under Your Plans, next to the plan you want to change, click Edit. If this button is not available, please contact your Yotpo representative.
2. To make changes to the plan, click Change plan.

Changing payment method

You can pay for your Yotpo plans by bank transfer or by credit card.

To change your payment method from bank transfer to credit card, follow the steps below. If you want to change your payment method from credit card to bank transfer, please contact your Yotpo representative.

1. Next to Your Plans, click Manage payments. A popup appears. From here, you can quickly identify which plans you pay for by credit card and which plans you pay for by bank transfer.
2. Click Pay by credit card, and then click Yes to confirm. All plans that were in the Bank Transfer section now appear in the Credit Card section.
   • If your account does not have your credit card details,  a popup appears where you can enter your credit card details.
3. Click Save changes to finish.

Updating credit card details

To update your credit card details:

1. Next to Credit Card Details, click Edit.
2. Enter your new details, and then click Save.
   By clicking Save, this will update the card details for any plans you pay for by credit card.

Changing your billing address

To change your billing address:

1. Next to Billing Information, click Edit.
2. Enter your new billing information, and then click Save.

Downloading an invoice

To download an invoice, under Invoices, just click the download icon next to the invoice you want to download.
