        Now your Visual UGC account is set up, you're ready to start surfacing your influential customer-created photos and videos from Instagram. To do so, you'll need to bring your Instagram media into Yotpo. 

        In this article, you'll learn how to connect your Instagram account to Yotpo.

        Setting up a business account on Instagram

        Start by setting up business account on Instagram. To do so, follow the steps detailed in the Instagram Help Center article. Make sure you've done all of the following before you finish:

        • Added your contact info
        • Connected your business account to a Facebook Page associated with your business
        • Set your profile to public
        Please note:
        Switching from a private profile to a public profile means everyone on Instagram will be able to view your photos, videos, and stories.

        Public Business Profiles enjoy additional Instagram features such as:

        • Instagram Advertising
        • Including links in Instagram stories
        • Instagram Insights 

        Making sure Instagram is connected to Facebook

        To make sure Instagram is connected to your Facebook account:

        1. Go to the relevant Facebook page.
        2. Click Settings.
        3. Select Instagram
        4. Check your profile appears in the Instagram account details section.

        Connecting your Instagram account to Yotpo

        You're now ready to connect your Instagram account to Yotpo. To do so, you must first connect your Facebook account.

        To connect to Yotpo:

        1. Log into Yotpo Reviews.
        2. Click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
        3. Click Settings.
        4. On the left, select Social Accounts.
        5. Next to Facebook, click Connect. You'll be prompted to log into your Facebook account.
        6. Authorize Facebook by clicking OK
