Connecting MailChimp in Yotpo SMS & Email
Access the Mailchimp integration easily by going to Yotpo SMS & Email > Integrations and typing MailChimp into the search box. From there, follow these straightforward steps to connect your Yotpo SMS & Email account to Mailchimp. It's quick, simple, and sets you up for powerful multi-channel marketing.
After searching for MailChimp, click Connect.
In the popup, click Connect MailChimp to start the integration wizard.
Click Next to grant access permissions to Yotpo SMS & Email.
Click Connect to finish the process in MailChimp.
Log in to your MailChimp account.
Click Allow to grant access permissions on the MailChimp end.
Click Set up MailChimp configure your settings or click Do this later to come back another time.

Configuring Your MailChimp Settings
Turn on the toggle to Sync Yotpo SMS contacts to MailChimp.
Select the MailChimp list you would like to sync your SMS contacts to.
Click Sync lists next to Sync MailChimp audiences to Yotpo SMS.
Note
Every time you create a new audience in MailChimp, you have to Sync Lists, so the new audience appears in your Yotpo SMS & Email list.
You can see your synced MailChimp contacts in the Lists & Segments section as one of your lists.
Note
Syncing Yotpo SMS & Email to Mailchimp will only sync contacts from the Mailchimp Subscribers List in Yotpo SMS & Email.
Important
Keep in mind that the sync will only transfer MailChimp contacts with phone numbers. This is why you might see a smaller amount of contacts in your SMS & Email Lists after the sync.

After syncing, navigate to Yotpo SMS & Email > Lists & Segments and look for your MailChimp lists which will be named as follows [MailChimp] Audience Name.
