Content Removal Guidelines

Yotpo encourages its clients to publish all reviews on their websites as this helps create an authentic experience. In addition, in order to publish reviews on certain partner sites such as Google, Yotpo is required to send all reviews to our partners. There are limited instances in which reviews can be removed. Brands that are Yotpo customers will be able to request removing a review, photo, and video from the product if the content meets one or more of the following:

• It contains personal identifying information
• It contains Information that should not be presented due to legal or regulatory restrictions.
• It contains hateful content.
• It contains violent content.
• It contains inappropriate content.
• It contains advertising.
• It contains spam or is completely off-topic.

Brands that want to remove such content may contact Yotpo support and make their request for removal. Yotpo’s support staff will review the request and decide whether to fulfill it. Please note that Yotpo cannot guarantee that any review will be removed, nor can Yotpo guarantee that reviews will be published or removed from any site, including syndication partner sites.
