    Why does my dashboard display “Insignificant Data”

    If results are not yet statistically significant for any metric, you will see an "Insignificant Data" notification until we can be more confident in the data's accuracy. For immediate results, try increasing the currently defined date range.

    Why don’t I see sales?

    Be sure that you've correctly installed Conversion Tracking. See the installation guide.

    Also, if you have less the 30 orders per 14 days, you will not see the conversion data.

    How do I export my data?

    To export the dashboard data as a CSV file, click the Export button

    How does Yotpo calculate the sales data?

    This value is an estimate calculated by multiplying the percentage of total orders from customers that engage with a Yotpo asset (%) by your total sales ($) for the given time period. If you see no sales, check that you installed conversion tracking properly. See the installation guide.

    How does Yotpo gather the data?

    • Widgets - Yotpo sends an event each time a visitor interacts with a widget. If conversion tracking is installed, we tie this event to the conversion to give attribution to the proper Yotpo widget. The conversion must happen within the same day for it to count.

    • Traffic - Each link in external Yotpo assets have a parameter in the URL that tells us which asset it’s coming from. If a purchase is then made by that user, it’s counted as a conversion. Attribution for revenue is given to the last feature the user interacted with.

    Why don't I see the AOV?

    Currently, Yotpo only supports USD for AOV Calculations. If your store uses a different currency, the AOV is not shown. We expect to support additional currencies in the future.

    How often is the data populated?

    Dashboard data is populated every 24 hours. While Yotpo continuously gathers data, it is only possible to view metrics up until the last two days.
