Lists are groups of customers that you manually upload to Yotpo via a CSV file. Lists will only be updated when you manually add or remove members.
Before you start
To avoid getting errors when uploading a file, please verify that your file fulfills the following requirements:
- File is in CSV format
- File includes the following required column headers (must be included in the first row of the file):
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
Create a list
- Log into Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals.
- From the menu on the left, select Lists & Segments.
- In the top right corner, select Create > Create list.
- Give your list a memorable name so you can find it later, and click Save.
- Drag and drop your CSV file onto the screen, or upload a CSV file from your computer.
- Click Import file. You’ll now be returned to the Lists & Segments management page. You’ll be able to see your updated list at the top with a NEW label.
