Yotpo Reviews’ predefined reports give you all the information you need about product insights and customer sentiment so you can track and analyze trends on an ongoing basis.

In this article, you’ll learn how to create a report using a predefined template.

Change the report settings to suit your needs:

  • Set a scheduled report

  • You can rename the report to easily find it in your email inbox

  • Filter out the most recent reviews by adjusting the review creation date

  • You can choose to filter reviews submitted for specific products

  • Choose which teammates will receive the report

Setting up a report

To set up a report:

  1. In the Yotpo Reviews main menu, go to Analytics > Reports.

  2. Choose a report template and click Get report. See all report types

  • By default, this will be your Yotpo account Admin. To send the report to someone else, make sure you add them as a teammate.

  • If the report contains a lot of data, it might take up to 1 hour for it to appear in your inbox

4. Click Send to email. An email will be sent to the recipient's email address with a link to the report file.

Scheduling a report

You can create a schedule for when you'd like to receive each report.

Once you click the Schedule report toggle, you will be able to choose:

Monthly report

A monthly report will be sent on the same date each month. If you choose this option, you will then be able to choose the specific date for when you want to receive the report. In the example below, a report will be received on the 23rd of each month.

Weekly report

A weekly report will be received on the same day each week. In the example below, a report will be received every Monday.
