        In full accordance with GDPR guidelines, you can anonymize a customer's name and email address.

        Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals does not charge based on the number of customers. Having additional customers in your account will not have any impact on your monthly fees.

        See our Privacy Guide to learn more.  This action will anonymize the customer's name and email address while keeping the customer's activity, history, and events available.

        How to anonymize a customer

        1. In your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals Admin, go to Customers.
        2. Choose the relevant customer.
        3. Click on the Anonymize Customer button.

        Please note:
        Each customer's Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals account is linked directly to their store account. Therefore, if you decide to delete the customer's store account, they will automatically be unable to access any rewards-related information.
        If this email address will interact with your shop again, the system will create a new customer with all the associated details.
