What makes Yotpo SMS & Email email different from my current email provider?

You are now seeing Email in your product because we have released email marketing within Yotpo SMS & Email. You know us for our SMS Marketing, but now we also have email marketing. How much will I pay for using email marketing with Yotpo Email?
With email marketing from Yotpo SMS & Email, your first 10,000 emails every month are 100% free. After that, the price varies as follows:

How do I import my email subscribers from my other provider into the Yotpo SMS & Email platform?
Please feel free to contact our customer care team or your Yotpo SMS & Email CSM for help, and they would be happy to assist you in the process of importing your subscribers or answering any questions you have about this.
If you want to do it yourself, simply export your contacts from your previous provider to a CSV file. Then, all you will need to do is import your contacts, which is the same process as for SMS.
Get your CSV file from your previous provider
Navigate to “Lists & Segments”, and create and name a new segment.
Click on the 3 dots next to “View” to see a dropdown menu.
Select “Import” from the menu to begin the import process.
Select “Import from CSV” and attach the CSV file you received from your previous provider. Be sure to select “Import Email Subscribers” to show that this is email and not SMS.

How many emails can I send for free?
Every month, your first 10,000 emails are 100% free. No matter how many emails you send, you'll get full access to our email marketing, including our library of top-converting templates, drag & drop email editor, and email automations- with no price barriers or monthly fees.
How many subscribers can I have for free?
With Yotpo SMS & Email, you can have unlimited subscribers for free. Unlike other email providers, we do not charge you based on your number of subscribers. Instead, you will only pay for the number of emails you send, at prices designed to grow your brand without increasing your costs.
I need help learning more about certain email features. Who do I contact?
I already have SMS automation with Yotpo SMS & Email. What is going to happen to them now that I have email?
You can now create an automated flow that combines SMS and email to maximize revenue by making sure you reach your customers at the right moment in the buying journey - on the two channels they most prefer.
Once you finish setting up a combined email and SMS flow, it is recommended to disable any duplicate SMS-only flows or automations. Check out this great article to learn how to do it. Or, you can contact our customer care team or your SMS & Email CSM, who will be happy to guide you through.
If I have a subscriber collection form (or other tools) set up to collect SMS with Yotpo SMS & Email, how do I get it to collect emails too now?
If you already have a Yotpo SMS & Email pop-up enabled to collect SMS, it’s as easy as toggling on email collection. Please check out this article that will quickly guide you through.
If you’re already using our two-step form to collect emails for another email provider, we store that information, and you can automatically send emails to those contacts who have opted in. Simply start an email campaign and select your email subscribers, or create a unique segment in Lists & Segments.
How do I view my current email usage and my next bill?
You can see a monthly breakdown of your usage and your next bill in the Billing section.
Here you can see how many emails you’ve sent in the current billing cycle, and an estimate of how much you’ll be charged in your next bill.
When is my billing cycle starting?
The billing cycle is unique per customer. The cycle renews every month on the same date. Unused email quotas will not carry over to the following month.
For example, if you send your 1st campaign on January 15th, you will be able to send up to 10,000 free emails until February 14th. If you send 11,000 emails between January 15th and February 14th, you will be billed for 1,000 emails. On February 15th, you will be able to send another 10,000 emails for free.

Will I see how much each campaign costs before I send it?
Before you send any campaign, you will be notified of the cost to send that campaign.
If you do not have enough SMS & Email credits in your account to send your email campaign, when you proceed forward, you will be given an error message, until you upload more funds. After adding funds, your campaign will be sent.

Where can I see the cost of my email campaigns?
Before you hit send on any email campaign you have created, SMS & Email will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the cost of those emails and how it impacts your SMS & Email credits.
After you send an email campaign, you can see an estimated cost of the campaign by clicking the name of the campaign to expand more data.
You can also view your campaign costs overall in several places within SMS & Email. In our Analytics section, you can see estimated costs for email in these places:
Overview - Total spent (combined estimate for SMS and email)
Overview - Revenue sources (Spent and ROI columns)
Campaign Analytics - Campaign Cost
Flow Analytics - Cost
Costs are estimates, calculated as $0.001 per email without taking into consideration the 10,000 free emails you get in each billing cycle.
