Email Settings Overview
The Email Settings feature gives you full control over how your Yotpo email campaigns operate. Whether you’re fine-tuning sender details, adjusting notification preferences, or customizing your reply-to email, these settings help ensure your communications are clear, professional, and aligned with your brand.
With Email Settings, you can:
Set Sender Information: Define your sender name and email to build trust with your audience.
Customize Replies: Designate a reply-to email address so customers can easily get in touch.
By personalizing your email settings, you’ll streamline your communication, maintain brand consistency, and provide a seamless experience for your customers.
Verifying Your Email Address
First, fill in the Sender's name field. This is the "From" name as it appears in the email. Then you can move on to verifying your email address. You must have at least one verified email address that will be used in the sender’s address ("Sent from"). Yotpo will verify your email addresses to ensure that your emails are being sent from a real and legitimate address.
To verify your email address:
Enter your email and click Add email.
You will receive an email to verify your address. The email is valid for 48 hours.

Authenticating Your Sending Domain
Sending from an authenticated sending domain increases your deliverability rates and adds brand credibility. Click Get started and follow the guidelines in Adding and Authenticating a Sending Domain to complete the process.
Important:
In line with Google and Yahoo’s new sender requirements, merchants who regularly send at least 5,000 emails a day must send them from a domain they own. Emails from unauthenticated bulk senders will be rejected.
Store Address
We highly recommend adding your business address to make sure that customers can always get in touch with you.
After adjusting your Email settings, you can move on to sending campaigns and flows.
