BigCommerce: Upgrading App Store Integration

Following the release of the BigCommerce App Store, the Yotpo app requires an update.

Follow the steps described below to ensure compatibility with the new App Store.

Setting it up

1. Log into Yotpo Reviews.
2. Log into your BigCommerce account.
3. In the top left corner of the screen, click Apps.
4. Click My Apps.
5. Click Settings, and uninstall the Yotpo Reviews app by clicking Uninstall.
6. Once you have uninstalled the Yotpo Reviews app, navigate to the App Store and click Install in the Yotpo Reviews app.
