    Save time and streamline your workflow by copying segments across stores.

    In this article, you’ll learn how to copy segments across one or multiple stores.

    Avaiable for:

    Agencies and merchants managing at least two stores.

    How it works

    If you manage multiple stores, Yotpo SMS & Email allows you to copy segments between them. Simply select the segments you want to copy and choose the destination stores. Make sure to review the copied segments to confirm they work as expected.

    Important:

    By copying segments, you transfer a set of conditions rather than customers. As a result, the number of customers meeting the copied segments’ conditions in the destination stores may differ from those in the origin store.

    Copying a segment

    To copy a segment:

    1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Audience > Lists & Segments.

    2. Click Copy segments to another store.

    3. Select the segments you want to copy by marking the checkbox next to the segment’s name.

    4. Complete your selection and click Copy selected segments.

    5. In the modal that opens, select the stores to which you want to copy the segments and click Copy segments.

    Please note:

    An icon next to each store shows if you can copy all, some, or none of the segments you have selected. Hover over the badge to see why copying might not be possible.

    You'll see a notification confirming that the segments have been copied successfully. Click Open store to open the store where the segments were copied.

    Reviewing copied segments

    When you open the Lists & Segments page in the destination store, you’ll be prompted to review the copied segments.

    Next to the name of each copied segment, you’ll see a Pending review badge. You can also select Segments pending review from the filter to see all segments that are waiting to be reviewed.

    To review a segment:

    1. Hover over a segment and click the Review and save button that appears.

    2. In the Segment builder page, make changes if necessary and click Save segment.

    The Pending review badge disappears once you review the segment.

    Please note:

    You can send campaigns only to segments that have been reviewed and saved.
