In this article, you’ll learn how to install and set up the integration.

    How it works

The subscriber sync works in both directions, i.e. from Facebook to Yotpo SMS & Email and vice versa:

    • From Facebook to Yotpo: Collect subscribers via Facebook lead ad forms and sync them to your Yotpo account

    • From Yotpo to Facebook: Sync Yotpo SMS & Email lists and segments to custom audiences on your Facebook ad account

    Please note:

The sync from Yotpo SMS & Email to Facebook occurs every hour, but it may take 24 hours before the new audiences appear in your Facebook account.

    Before you start

To use the Facebook and Yotpo SMS & Email integration, you need:

    • A Facebook page with active lead ad forms

    • A Facebook ad account
