Google Ads is a digital advertising platform that allows businesses to display ads across Google's search and display networks. By integrating Google Ads with Yotpo SMS & Email, you can automatically sync audience segments from Yotpo Email & SMS to Google Ads, leveraging key customer data, such as reviews history, subscription preferences, and loyalty points balance. Using more precise segmentation improves targeting and keeps audience data updated without the need for manual adjustments.

Google Ads Integration Overview

To start using the integration, connect the apps. The audience sync works in one direction only: from Yotpo SMS & Email to Google Ads.

Note

You can use one Google account to manage multiple Google Ads accounts and their linked audiences.

Connecting Google Ads and Yotpo SMS & Email

To connect Google Ads with Yotpo SMS & Email:

1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Integrations.

2. Find Google Ads and click Connect Google Ads.

3. Complete the installation wizard.

After you connect your Google account to Yotpo, you can go ahead and configure the integration’s settings.

Syncing Yotpo Lists and Segments with Google Ads Audiences

To sync a list or a segment with Google Ads:

1. In the Settings section, select a Yotpo list or segment. To learn more about lists and segments, see Lists & Segments in Yotpo SMS & Email.

2. Next, select a Google Ads account.

3. Select an existing Google Ads audience, or create a new one according to the list/segment you’ve selected.

4. Click Add audience connection.

Repeat this process for every new audience you’d like to include in your Google Ads account.

You can view and analyze the created audiences on the Audience Manager page of your Google Ads account. To learn about the Audience manager, see the Google Ads Help Center.

Deleting an Audience

To remove an audience connection between Yotpo and Google Ads:

1. Select an existing connection at the bottom of the page and click the bin icon.

2. Click Delete connection.

The Yotpo SMS & Email segment/list will no longer be connected to your Google Ads audience.
