This integration allows you to receive immediate alerts for customer replies in SMS & Email Chat, low balance warnings, and performance reports 24 hours after launching text marketing campaigns.
Important
You must have an active Slack Workspace to connect this integration.
Connecting Slack to Yotpo SMS & Email
Installing Slack in SMS & Email is simple and can be done in four quick steps.
From the SMS & Email side menu, click on Integrations and select Slack. Click Connect.
In the popup, you can review the features and click Connect Slack to start the integration wizard.
Review access permissions and click Next.
Click Connect to process the integration connection, you will be taken to Slack to finish.
Review the permissions and click Allow.
Enter your credentials and your account will be connected.

Configuring Your Slack Integration
You can configure our integration to send notifications directly to your Slack workspace, keeping you informed and responsive. Choose to enable all notifications or customize which ones you’d like to receive from the following options:
Customer Notifications: Each time a customer sends a reply in SMS & Email Chat, a conversation notification will appear in Slack to which you can respond to straight away.
Credit Balance Notifications: If you are on SMS & Email’s Growth, you can receive notifications whenever your balance is running low.
Campaign Performance Notifications: Receive a performance report 24 hours after a launched text marketing campaign.
To manage your notification preferences, simply toggle the settings for each notification type in the Slack integration panel. It’s easy to adjust and ensures you get only the updates that matter to you!
