Payments Settings

In the Payments tab, you'll find the Auto Reload feature which can top up your balance if it falls too low. Enabling Auto Reload ensures you always have sufficient funds to send automated messages and scheduled campaigns.

Auto Reload

Activating Auto Reload automatically adds credits to your balance when it dips below a certain amount.

Under Status, click Enabled to set the minimum balance that will trigger the reload and specify the amount you want to recharge automatically. Depending on your payment provider, you may also set a monthly limit to avoid accidental overspending.

The suggestions in the drop-down menus are tailored to match the size of your store, using statistics from stores of similar sizes.

Under the configuration fields, there is a notification summarizing your current settings.
