Follow this link to see all notification types.

In this article, you'll learn how to preview the content of your subscription notifications, and customize them to provide a more branded experience.

        Previewing subscription notifications

To preview the content for each notification:

        1. Click Preview near the notification you're interested in.
        2. Select the SMS or Email tab to get a preview of what the notification looks like to your customers.
        Important:
Email and SMS notifications do not have identical content. You need to preview email and SMS separately to view the information that will be displayed to your customer on each channel.
        Please note:
Dynamic information such as store name and customer name are presented as shortcodes, for example: {FirstCustomerName}. These shortcodes will always populate with the correct information related to the store, customer, and order. Your customer will always see the correct information and not these symbols.
