    Use the Yotpo and Re:amaze integration to instantly see customer reviews and loyalty points during customer conversations.

    This integration enables you to do the following:

    • Easily see customers' review history. If they haven't left a review, you can prompt them to leave a review within a customer support context.

    • Easily see customers' loyalty points and relevant rewards directly inside emails and chats.

    • Easily see customers' average ratings and average sentiment so you can tag customer support conversations proactively.

    How it works

    When a customer contacts you through one of your Re:amaze channels such as email, chat, chatbot, contact form, or even social media, Re:amaze will be able to look up the customer’s reviews and loyalty status from Yotpo and display it next to your conversation, so you can have a more personal and helpful conversation. You can see a list of all data points that can be included on each customer here.

    Before you start

    To connect Re:amaze with Yotpo, you’ll first need an account for each platform.

    Integrating Yotpo with Re:amaze

    To integrate Yotpo with Re:amaze, follow the steps below. You can learn more about this integration on the Re:amaze website.

    1. Log into your Re:amaze account.

    2. Go to Settings.

    3. Click Apps. From the dropdown list, select Yotpo.

    4. Select the Re:amaze brand you want to connect your Yotpo account to. You can always change this later. Make sure to authorize the connection by following the on-screen instructions.

    To find Re:maze in your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals account:

    1. From your admin, go to Integrations Center.

    2. Locate the Re:amaze tile and click it.
