Resetting Your Yotpo Account Password

How to Reset Your Password:

1. Navigate to the Yotpo Login Page
2. Click “Forgot Password?”
   You'll find this link just below the login credentials.
3. Enter your email address

   Make sure it's the email linked to your Yotpo account.

4. Click “Continue”
   This will trigger a password reset email to be sent.
5. Open the password reset email
   Look for an email from no-reply@yotpo.com with the subject: Reset your Yotpo password
6. Click the “Reset Password” button in the email

7. Create a new password

   • Enter your new password

   • Confirm your new password 

   • Click “Reset Password” to save changes

8. You’ll be redirected to the login page
   Now, you can log in with your new password!

Password requirements

To keep your account secure, your new password must include:

• Minimum 8 characters

• At least one uppercase letter

• At least one lowercase letter

• At least one number
