The Reviews Media Gallery is designed to improve the customer review experience by showcasing authentic user-generated photos and videos in a visually engaging and interactive slider display. This visual-first format helps you leverage the power of visual reviews to build trust and drive higher conversions.

The gallery is seamlessly integrated into the Reviews Widget, where you can enable it with a simple toggle and customize it to your preference.

How It Works

When enabled, the Reviews Media Gallery displays customer-generated photos and videos in a dynamic, easy-to-navigate slider, designed to mimic the familiar and engaging browsing experience of platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

The gallery automatically adopts the image moderation status from your reviews admin. This essentially lets you repurpose user-generated content without requiring additional review or action.

Clicking on an image or video from the gallery slider will open the respective customer review in a modal window.

Settings and Customization

To open the Reviews Media Gallery settings, go to On-site Widgets > Reviews Widget > Widget Header > and enable the Media Gallery toggle.

You have two customizable settings:

• Minimum media - Display visual content only on product pages with at least this number of published media. You can select any number between 3 and 8. For example, if you select 3, the Reviews Media Gallery will only appear on product pages with 3 or more published photos and videos submitted by customers.

• Headline text - The text that appears above the gallery. It must be between 5 and 50 characters.
