Creating Yotpo SMS campaigns is a breeze when you do it directly from your Shopify Marketing page. With a simplified interface, you can quickly set up and send text message campaigns to your subscribers. This streamlined option makes it easy for you to engage your audience and drive results in just a few clicks.

Creating an SMS Campaign Via Shopify Marketing

1. To create a new Campaign, navigate to the Marketing field in the Shopify sidebar and then select Create campaign.

2. From the drop-down menu, select SMS Marketing Campaign.

3. Choose an Activity name.

4. Select on your Target Audience from your lists and segments that you have created in Yotpo SMS & Email.

5. Select the time your campaign should send.

6. Design the content of your message.

7. Click on Schedule to send your campaign.

Note

For compliance, the “STOP to opt out” personalization tag is added to your SMS message.

Your SMS Campaign will be viewable in in the Installed marketing app activities section. You can click on your campaign to make any changes including deleting the activity.
