Sharing Email Preview in Yotpo Email

With Yotpo Email, you can easily share a preview of your email template with anyone outside the app. Share the link with multiple recipients at any stage of creating your message to save time and streamline collaboration. This helps you efficiently gather feedback for review, approval, or final proofing of email campaigns and automated marketing communication.

Preview Sharing Overview

Preview sharing is designed for maximum flexibility, with the share button available in campaigns, flows, and email templates. In just a few clicks, you can generate a shareable link that always reflects the latest version of your template. This ensures that any changes made after sharing the link are automatically visible to the recipient, so there’s no need to generate a new link after every update.

Note

If your message contains a personalization tag, the preview link will display the tag's fallback value instead of pulling specific customer information. If no fallback text is set, the preview will show sample data. To learn more about personalization tags, see Adding Dynamic Content with Personalization Tags.

Sharing Email Previews

In Yotpo Email, the Share or Copy preview link button is conveniently placed for easy access while you work on your email content.

You’ll find the Share button in the top-right corner of the email editor when creating email campaigns, multi-message campaigns, and flows. It’s also available in the Email preview window, which opens when you click the Preview button.

Note

To share a preview of an email template in the flow builder, you need to save the flow first.

Email Campaigns

When creating email campaigns, you can easily generate a preview link even without opening the email editor. Simply click the Share button in the Email preview header.

Multi-Message Campaigns

When you add an email message to a multi-message campaign, in the builder, you can click the 3-dot menu and select Copy preview link:

• In the step’s header when it’s opened in the drawer on the right.

• In the step’s preview in the campaign’s structure.

My Campaigns Page

You can share a preview of your email template outside the email editor for single email campaigns in all statuses—draft, sent, or scheduled:

1. In the Yotpo Email main menu, go to Campaigns > My campaigns.

2. In the table, find the email campaign you’re looking for and click the 3-dot menu at the end of the row.

3. Select Copy preview link.

Note

For A/B campaigns, the link will show a preview of variation A.

Tip

If you open a sent campaign, you can share the template by clicking Copy preview link in the More actions drop-down menu in the top-left corner:

1. Go to the My campaigns page and find the sent campaign in the table.

2. Click the 3-dot menu at the end of the row and select View campaign.

3. In the email campaign builder, open the More actions menu and click Copy preview link.
   

Email Templates

If you want to share a preview of an email template from the templates library:

1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Campaigns > Email Templates.

2. Select the tab where the template is:

   • Features templates: Pre-designed templates provided by Yotpo Email, ready for use.

   • My templates: Templates you’ve created from scratch or customized from the Features templates.

3. Hover over the template and click Template actions > Copy preview link.
