Important

You must have the Omnisend app installed on your Shopify store to install this integration.

Connecting to Omnisend

To sync subscribers between apps, you must generate an API key from Omnisend. This is done from your Omnisend account.

1. Go to your Omnisend Store settings and navigate to the API keys section.

2. Click Create API key  and you will be redirected to Create API key screen.

3. Enter Yotpo SMSBump to connect with the Yotpo app on the Omnisend App Market, then click Connect app.

4. Click Copy API Key and navigate to Yotpo SMS & Email >Integrations > Omnisend.

5. Click Connect Omnisend to start the integration wizard.

6. Click Next to grant access permissions.

7. Paste your Omnisend API key into the box and click Connect.

8. Click Set up Omnisend to configure your Omnisend integration or click Do this later to come back another time.

Configuring Your Integration

After connecting your Omnisend integration, some settings are enabled by default:

• Integration status:

  • This indicates if your integration is active or not. You can click the toggle to deactivate and activate the integration at any time..

• Sync Omnisend SMS subscribers to Yotpo SMS: Enable this to send all SMS subscribers from Omnisend to an automatically created SMS & Email list.

  • This syncs any SMS contacts in Omnisend to a specific list in Yotpo SMS & Email. This sync runs once an hour.

If you would like to sync your email subscribers to Omnisend, click the toggle next to Sync Yotpo SMS email subscribers to Omnisend.
