Twilio Segment - Integration Guide for Yotpo SMS & Email

Connect your Twilio Segment and Yotpo SMS & Email accounts to create a unified customer view across all touchpoints.

This integration enables seamless syncing of engagement events - such as send events, email opens, and bounces - from Yotpo SMS & Email into Twilio Segment. Connecting Twilio Segment and Yotpo SMS & Email

To connect Twilio Segment with Yotpo SMS & Email:

1. In your Twilio Segment account main menu, go to Connections > Catalog.

2. Search for Yotpo in the search bar.

3. Under Sources select Yotpo.

4. Click Add Source in the top right corner.

5. Copy the Write Key.

6. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Integrations.

7. Search for Twilio Segment (Source) and click Connect.

8. Choose the store you’d like to connect to Twilio Segment.

9. Go through the connection wizard and paste the copied key when prompted.

The apps are now connected.

Please note:

Once the apps are connected, make sure to select the geographic region for the storage and processing of your Yotpo data. To learn more about selecting your data region, see Twilio Segment’s guide.

Disconnecting Twilio Segment from Yotpo SMS & Email

To disconnect Twilio Segment from Yotpo SMS & Email:

1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Integrations > Twilio Segment (Source).

2. Select Zapier and then click Disconnect.

3. In your Twilio Segment account, go to Connections > Sources > Yotpo.

4. Go to source Settings.

5. Click Delete Source.

6. Confirm the source name.

7. Click Delete Source.
