The integration between Yotpo SMS & Email and Facebook Ads allows you to collect subscribers via Facebook lead ad forms and sync them to Yotpo SMS & Email.
All you have to do is install the integration, select the lists, and let your subscribers sync.
To use the Facebook and SMS & Email integration, you need the following:
- An active Facebook page
- Active lead ads on that Facebook page
To install the integration:
- In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Integrations.
- Navigate to the Facebook integration.
- Click Install.
- Log in using the personal account tied to your Facebook business account.
- Choose the pages you want to sync.
- Complete the installation.
After successfully installing the integration, the Settings section will appear on the page.
To sync your Facebook leads:
- Navigate to the Lead ad settings and select the relevant Facebook page from the drop-down menu.
- Select the lead ad you want to sync subscribers from and optionally the Yotpo destination list. If you don’t select a destination list, the default destination will be your “Text marketing list”.
- Select the type of subscription - SMS, email, or both.
- Click Add lead ad connection.
A field will appear with a summary of the sync you just added. You can add more by repeating the process for other lead ads across your Facebook pages.
