Does Yotpo work together with my eCommerce platform?
Yotpo integrates with the biggest eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and more (including Generic).
How do your partnerships with Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. help my business?
Our social and search partnerships mean you can easily share your customer content and optimize the performance of your paid and organic channels.
Is my data secure?
Yotpo is committed to keeping our customers’ data safe. We completed an independent SOC 2 Type 2 audit, meaning that Yotpo’s information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations meet or surpass the thorough SOC 2 standards for security, availability, and confidentiality.

Does Yotpo support my language?
We support nearly 40 languages, but we’re still working on support for right-to-left script.

No worries, we make sure Growth users have access to detailed in-app guides, our Help Center, and priority support. We’ll also send you a couple of emails to help you get started and make the most of Yotpo.

How much does the Growth plan cost?
The Growth plan operates on a tiered pricing model according to the number of orders your business has per month. To find out exact pricing according to your order quantity, click here and then click Upgrade Plan. Don't worry, you won't be charged without your explicit approval.
How many review request emails can I send?
Free Plan customers can send automatic review request emails for up to 50 orders a month, with up to 500 outgoing emails (including follow-up emails and multiple product purchases).
Additionally, when first signing up, customers enjoy 200 Kickstart Credits that allow them to send an additional 200 review requests during the first month of Using Yotpo.
Our Growth Plans differ in the amount of monthly reviews requests available: Growth 100 allows for 100 automatic review request emails per month, Growth 200 allow for 200 Automatic Review Requests per month etc. Each Growth plan allows for up to 2,000 outgoing emails (including follow-up emails and multiple product purchases). Yotpo’s Growth plans also include the 200 Kickstart credits :)
In addition, all Growth Plans include the manual site review request feature that allows them to send out targeted site review requests to quickly establish a sterling reputation for their business.
Can I control how far back to send review request emails?
Yes! During the Yotpo installation, you can control the number of days to retroactively go back and send review request emails. This refers to your existing orders prior to installing Yotpo.
Note: Once the first order is retrieved, this can no longer be changed.
Are there any set-up fees?
Nope, getting started is free!
What if I exceed my order limit?
If you exceed your order limit for the month, your review request emails will be capped. Reach out to us or upgrade your account on the billing page to keep collecting customer content.
Signing up
How do I sign up for the Growth plan?
Click here to sign up for a Yotpo account. Once you’ve logged in, click on the “Upgrade” button at the top right corner of your screen, or visit the billing page.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can switch plans at any time.
Cancellation
What if I want to cancel my plan?
No problem, you can cancel at any time through the billing page.
What happens to my reviews if I cancel my account?
You own your reviews. It’s easy to export them after cancelling your account.
Kickstart credits
Kickstart Credits are bonus credits for review request emails that Yotpo sends to past customers so you can start collecting reviews from day one.
