We completed an independent [SOC 2 Type 2](http://www.aicpa.org/interestareas/frc/assuranceadvisoryservices/pages/aicpasoc2report.aspx) audit, meaning that Yotpo’s information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations meet or surpass the thorough SOC 2 standards for security, availability, and confidentiality. We’ll also send you a couple of emails to help you get started and make the most of Yotpo. ## Pricing-related questions **How much does the Starter plan cost?** The Starter plan operates on a tiered pricing model according to the number of orders your business has per month. To find out exact pricing according to your order quantity, click [here](https://www.yotpo.com/growth/) and then click **Upgrade Plan**. Don't worry, you won't be charged without your explicit approval. **How many review request emails can I send?** **Free Plan customers** can send [automatic review request emails](/v1/docs/creating-a-review-request-premium-enterprise) for up to 50 orders a month, with up to 500 outgoing emails (including [follow-up emails](/v1/docs/creating-a-review-request-premium-enterprise) and [multiple product purchases](/v1/docs/creating-a-review-request-premium-enterprise)). Additionally, when first signing up, customers enjoy **200** [Kickstart Credits](/v1/docs/kickstart-credits-faq) that allow them to send an additional 200 review requests during the first month of Using Yotpo. **Our Starter Plans** differ in the amount of monthly reviews requests available: Starter 100 allows for 100 [automatic review request emails](/v1/docs/creating-a-review-request-premium-enterprise) per month, Starter 200 allow for 200 Automatic Review Requests per month etc. Each Starter plan allows for up to 2,000 outgoing emails (including [follow-up emails](/v1/docs/creating-a-review-request-premium-enterprise) and [multiple product purchases](/v1/docs/creating-a-review-request-premium-enterprise)). Yotpo’s Starter plans also include the **200** [Kickstart credits](/v1/docs//v1/docs/kickstart-credits-faq) :) In addition, all Starter Plans include the [manual site review request](/v1/docs/creating-a-manual-site-review-request) feature that allows them to send out targeted site review requests to quickly establish a sterling reputation for their business. **Can I control how far back to send review request emails?** Yes! During the Yotpo installation, you can control the number of days to **retroactively** go back and send review request emails. Reach out to us or [upgrade](https://yap.yotpo.com/#/tools/map/map?open_pricing_modal=true&package=growth) your account on the billing page to keep collecting customer content. ### Signing up **How do I sign up for the Starter plan?** Click [here](https://yap.yotpo.com/get-started/#/signup/register) to sign up for a Yotpo account. Once you’ve logged in, click on the “Upgrade” button at the top right corner of your screen, or visit the billing page. **Can I change my plan later on?** Absolutely! You can switch plans at any time. ## Cancellation **What if I want to cancel my plan?** No problem, you can cancel at any time through the billing page. **What happens to my reviews if I cancel my account?** You own your reviews. It’s easy to export them after cancelling your account. ## Kickstart credits Kickstart Credits are bonus credits for review request emails that Yotpo sends to past customers so you can start collecting reviews from day one.
