Integrating Dotdigital Personalization and Yotpo

To integrate Dotdigital Personalization and Yotpo, start by logging into your Dotdigital Personalization account.

Step 1: Select your review provider

1. From the left-side navigation, click Settings > All Settings.

2. From the Other Integrations dropdown, select Rating & Review Provider(s).

Step 2: Set up a new channel

1. From the dropdown, select the review provider Yotpo.

2. Name your channel. We recommend you call it Yotpo so it’s easy to remember.
    

Step 3: Connect to Yotpo

Connect to Yotpo automatically.

1. Under Connect to Yotpo, click the Click here link to automatically connect and configure your accounts.

2. In the Review Key Field, enter your product identifier, for example, SKU, GTIN, or MPN. If you’re not sure what product identifier you’re using, see Finding Product IDs in Your E-Commerce Platform.

   Tip

   We recommend you verify that your Product IDs in Yotpo match the fields in Dotdigital Personalization. To learn more, see below.

3. Using the checkboxes, indicate if you’d like to use your Detailed Reviews and/or Aggregated Reviews.

4. Click Save.

Finding Product IDs in Dotdigital Personalization

To find Product IDs in Dotdigital Personalization and identify which Yotpo product identifier to use, do the following:

1. In the navigation bar on the left, in the Reports dropdown, click All Reports.

2. From the System Data dropdown, select Products.

3. Click any product in the list. The Product ID is displayed in the table on the bottom half of the page.
