Google Ads - Integration Guide for Yotpo SMS & Email

Connect between your Yotpo SMS & Email account and your Google Ads account to sync lists & segments from Yotpo into Google Ads audiences and use them as a target audience for your ad campaigns.

With the integration, you can:

• Sync lists from Yotpo SMS & Email into Google Ads audiences

• Sync segments from Yotpo into Google Ads audiences

Connecting Google Ads with Yotpo SMS & Email

To connect Google Ads with Yotpo SMS & Email:

1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Integrations.

2. Search for Google Ads.

3. Click Connect.

4. Select the relevant Google account and complete the brief authorization process.

Now you can go ahead and select the Yotpo SMS & Email lists and segments you’d like to sync with your Google Ads audiences.

Syncing lists and segments with Google Ads audiences

1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Integrations > Google Ads.

2. Select a Yotpo list or segment. To learn more about lists and segments, see Lists & Segments in Yotpo SMS & Email.

3. Select an existing Google Ads audience, or create a new one according to the list/segment you’ve selected.

4. Click Add audience connection.

Repeat this process for every new audience you’d like to include in your Google ads account.

You can view and analyze the created audiences on the Audience Manager page of your Google Ads account. To learn about the Audience manager, see the Google Ads Help Center.

Deleting an audience

To remove an audience connection between Yotpo and Google ads:

1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Integrations > Google Ads.

2. Select an existing connection at the bottom of the page and click the trash can icon.

3. Click Delete connection.

The Yotpo SMS & Email segment/list will no longer be connected to your Google Ads audience.
