Send your customers directly from the message to checkout with just one click, making their path to purchase faster and more convenient. Each personalized link leads to a pre-populated cart, helping you boost conversions effortlessly.

Click-to-Buy SMS Campaign Overview
Use the Click-to-Buy feature with Yotpo's native Shopify integration to create personalized links that take your customers to a pre-populated cart. Easily promote specific products to targeted audiences and apply discounts directly within your SMS campaign setup. You can include this feature in both campaigns and flows like Customer Winback, Yotpo Loyalty birthday reminders, points reminders, redemption reminders, VIP tier updates, Product Created, Order Refund, New Subscriber Confirmation, and Product Update flows.
Getting Started
To access the Click-to-buy feature, navigate to the Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Campaigns > My Campaigns, and click on Create campaign. Select SMS, and click Create campaign.
Setting Up a Click-to-Buy SMS Campaign
In the campaign editor, set up your target audience and message copy.
Select the Click-to-buy URL option in the personalization tags section.
Select your products in the popup and click Next.
Include a product GIF to showcase the products by enabling the toggle.
Add a discount if desired.
Complete the campaign setup and send your Click-to-buy campaign.
Once you have finished designing the rest of your campaign, you can review and send it.
Note
Click-to-buy can be applied to both campaigns and the following flows: Customer Winback, Yotpo Loyalty birthday reminder, Yotpo Loyalty points reminder, Yotpo Loyalty redemption reminder, Yotpo Loyalty VIP tier earned, Product created, Order refund, New subscriber confirmation, and Product update.
