If you’re transitioning to Yotpo Email from Klaviyo, you can import your email templates in just a few clicks, streamlining the switch between the two apps. Imports help save time by removing the need to recreate templates from scratch. The process is quick and straightforward, even if you don’t have technical expertise.

Import Process Overview
To import your email templates from Klaviyo to Yotpo, simply copy the template's HTML code in Klaviyo and paste it into Yotpo. After the import, the code will be converted to a format supported by Yotpo. You can then easily make adjustments to the template using Yotpo's drag-and-drop email editor, which organizes the content into blocks such as Text, Image, Menu, and Products.

Important
Some block types may not be fully supported during the import process. Any unsupported blocks will be indicated in the email editor, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments to the imported template.
Importing Email Templates
To import a template:
In your Klaviyo account, copy the HTML code of the template.
In your Yotpo Email main menu, go to Campaigns > Email Templates and click Start from scratch.
Select Import from Klaviyo and click Next.
Paste the HTML code of the template and click Import template.
You'll see a notification confirming that the template has been imported successfully. Click View template to open it in the email editor, where you can review and edit it. The imported template will be saved in the My templates tab.
