To add Yotpo Visual UGC to your store, follow the steps below for the eCommerce platform you’re using.
Good to know
For many of the eCommerce platforms below, both our Yotpo Reviews and Yotpo Visual UGC products use the same extension. To save you time, we've excluded any steps that are relevant only for Yotpo Reviews.
Shopify
Yotpo is a plug-and-play Shopify app, which means you can add Yotpo to your Shopify store with just one click, and start collecting visual UGC immediately.
Are you using Reviews and Visual UGC?
Refer to our Reviews Shopify installation guide.
Both our Reviews and Visual UGC products use the Yotpo: Photo & Product Reviews app. As you’re only planning to use Visual UGC, we’ve saved you some time by excluding any irrelevant steps.
Automatic installation
To add the Yotpo app to your Shopify account automatically, do the following:1. Log into Shopify.2. From the pane on the left, click Apps.3. Click Visit the Shopify App Store.4. In the Shopify App Store, search and then select Yotpo: Photo & Product Reviews.5. Click Add App.6. Click Install app.7. Create a password for your Yotpo account.
Manual installation
Changing your Shopify theme will cause all of Yotpo's features (and maybe some other apps as well) to disappear, and will require to be manually re-installed on your new theme files.
To add the Yotpo app to your Shopify account manually, do the following:
- Add Yotpo's JavaScript. See instructions
- Install the Conversion Tracking Code. See instructions
Adobe Commerce 2
To add the Yotpo app to your Adobe Commerce 2 account, do the following:
If you’re using Adobe Commerce 2.3.3 or above:
- Install the Yotpo Module. See instructions
- Enable the Yotpo Module. See instructions
If you’re using Adobe Commerce below 2.3.3:
- Install the Yotpo Module. See instructions
- Enable the Yotpo module. See instructions
Adobe Commerce 1
To add the Yotpo app to your Adobe Commerce 1 account, do the following:
Install the Yotpo Products Reviews Extension and Reviews Widget. See instructions
BigCommerce (Stencil)
To add the Yotpo app to your BigCommerce - Stencil account, do the following:
- Install Yotpo. See instructions
- Install Yotpo JavaScript. See instructions
- Install Conversion Tracking Code. See instructions
BigCommerce (Blueprint)
To add the Yotpo app to your BigCommerce - Stencil account, do the following:
- Install Yotpo. See instructions
- Install Yotpo JavaScript. See instructions

WooCommerce
To add the Yotpo app to your WooCommerce account, just install the Yotpo app. See instructions
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware)
To add the Yotpo app to your Salesforce account, refer to the Salesforce installation guide for the UGC cartridge.
Other platforms
To add the Yotpo app to any other e-commerce platform, do the following:
