    When changing Yotpo's e-Commerce integration from one platform to another, it's important to ensure Automatic Reviews Request emails will not be delivered to older or irrelevant orders, which were imported from your previous platform.

    To prevent this and ensure only new orders will trigger an Automatic Review Request, please follow these steps:

    Please note:
    • It is not possible to re-validate invalidated orders. Please make sure to provide the correct account number and relevant Order IDs.
    • It is not possible to send automatic review requests for orders that are older than six months. There is no need to invalidate these orders,

    1. Before changing the integration, disable the Automatic Review Request feature and all reminders.

    Please note:
    Any pending emails will be delivered once the feature is re-enabled.
    1. Submit a case to Yotpo Supportwith the following information:
      • Relevant account ID 
      • Details of the orders you wish to invalidate: Either a date range of orders or the External order IDs

        Our Support agents will invalidate the orders and respond with a confirmation once the process is finished.

    Only when the confirmation was received, you should go ahead and Re-enable the Automatic Review Request feature and Reminders, so valid review emails resume delivery:
