Klaviyo - Integration Guide for Yotpo

Merchants using Klaviyo can easily integrate the app with Yotpo in a few quick steps.

• Yotpo Subscriptions <> Klaviyo: Engage subscribers with highly stylized and personalized email & SMS messaging, and target subscribers based on specific subscription properties or actions taken

• Yotpo Reviews <> Klaviyo: Embed an eye-catching in-mail widget in your Klaviyo email templates to showcase top highlights from reviews

1. To connect Klaviyo, go to:

   • Yotpo Subscriptions Integrations

   • Yotpo Reviews Integrations

2. Click on Connect integration and choose Klaviyo.

3. Follow the connection guide and enter your Klaviyo API Key.

Tip:

You can go directly to the Create API Key page in Klaviyo by clicking here. Make sure to select a Full Access Key. Note that you need a separate key for each Yotpo product that want to connect with Klaviyo.

4. Click Connect.

This information will be constantly updated according to the account activity.

Now that your Yotpo account is connected to your Klaviyo account, you can go ahead and set up each product according to your brand’s needs.
