LoudCrowd - Integration Guide for Loyalty & Referrals

Yotpo’s integration with Loudcrowd allows brands to seamlessly reward their customers for creating, publishing, and tagging them in quality UGC. Find and curate the most powerful influencers and brand advocates, and reward them with Yotpo Loyalty points. 

Before you start

In order to connect Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals to your LoudCrowd account, you’ll need your Yotpo API key and GUID. If you’re not sure how to find them, see Finding your Loyalty & Referrals API Key and GUID

Integrating LoudCrowd and Yotpo

1. Log into your Loudcrowd account.
2. Navigate to the Integrations tab. 
3. Create a new Yotpo outbound integration and add your Yotpo API Key and GUID. You've now successfully linked your Yotpo and LoudCrowd accounts.

Creating your LoudCrowd/Yotpo reward

You can create your new rewards via Custom Actions in Yotpo.

1. Log into Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals.
2. In your Custom Action, customize your new reward according to your needs and preferences. The template below should fit most configurations, but reach out to your dedicated Client Strategist or support@loudcrowd.com with any questions about customizations.

After setting up your reward in LoudCrowd, you can now test your integration via the LoudCrowd integrations page.

1. Log into your LoudCrowd account.
2. Next to your Yotpo integration, hit the Test button and enter an email corresponding to an actual Yotpo account and enter the event ID you chose for the reward. Ensure your event ID for your LoudCrowd reward matches the trigger for your Custom Action in Yotpo. 

You should now see the action in the Customers section of Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals when looking at a customer profile. Additionally, the points delivered should now be reflected in your test Yotpo account.
