If you wish to move your shop from one eCommerce platform to another, please go through the following steps to ensure the smooth transition of all your Loyalty & Referrals data to the new platform:
In your old platform
- Export Customer Data from the Old account and save the data file.
- In Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals, go to Settings > General Settings and Pause on the Old platform.
In your new platform
- Create a New Loyalty & Referrals account and set the program to pause on the New account. Click the relevant guide to add Loyalty & Referrals to your New Platform:
- Set up Campaigns and Coupons on New account
- Import customer data file you exported from the old platform to New account
Please Note:
It is important to uninstall Loyalty & Referrals on your OLD platform to stop billing charger for that account
