        The Loyalty & Referrals Program ROI Dashboard is a great way to gain valuable insights into the value of your Loyalty & Referral program and leverage real-time data to gauge ROI and understand, optimize, and improve your loyalty program.

        Use the dashboard to:

        • Track the number of customers that are engaged with the program
        • Understand how the Loyalty & Referrals program is performing in terms of revenue
        • View how changes to campaigns and coupons affect your revenue
        • Generate scheduled reports to easily share data with teammates and stakeholders
        Please note: 
        Data refreshes once a day at approximately 2:00 am EST.

        Getting Started

        To get started, access the Loyalty Performance Dashboard from within your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals admin.

        To view the Loyalty Performance Dashboard:

        1. Log in to Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals.
        2. Click Performance.
        3. Click Program ROI.

        Program ROI Dashboard

        The ROI Dashboard is comprised of a few sections that can be filtered by date range and further refined using the graph time frame.

        Please note:
        All the revenue values are shown in your base currency - if the customer purchases in a different currency, our system will convert all order information into your base currency before appearing on the dashboard.

        To generate graph data, set a date range and time frame, and click Run. 

        • Date Range - The date range(s) of the dataset you wish to generate
        • Graph Time Period - This filter only affects the graph and will change the scale to either a daily, weekly, or monthly view. To change the viewed breakdown, change the filter as follows:
          • is 1 = by day
          • is 2 = by week
          • is 3 = by month

        Dashboard Overview

        Click on any one of the metrics to see the exact details of each customer that contributed to this number (this feature is exclusively available in the Loyalty & Referrals ROI Dashboard).

        • Redeeming Customers -The number of customers who received and/or redeemed any type of loyalty reward AND made a purchase within the chosen date range. Click the number to see a detailed breakdown.
        • Referred Customers -The number of customers who made their first purchase after clicking a referral link. Click the number to see a detailed breakdown.
        • Total Revenue -Total sum of Loyalty revenue and Referral revenue.
        Please note:

        The Total Revenue amount excludes duplicates. This means that if the same purchase appears twice because it involves both referral and redemption, it will only be counted in the metric once

        • Total Investment - The total monetary value of rewards given in both the loyalty and referral programs

        Graphs

        • Revenue Over Time Graph - The graph shows trends in the revenue by date range and time frame.
        • Investment Over Time Graph - The graph shows changes in your monetary investment in the Loyalty & Referral program and rewards by date range and time frame.
        Tip:
        Hover over the line graph to view a count of the revenue for the date range/time frame defined:

        Loyalty Metrics

        • Loyalty Participation Rate - Reflects the percentage of customers who have redeemed points (Redeeming Customers) out of your total purchasing customers within the date range.
        • Loyalty Revenue -The sum of revenue from purchases made by active loyalty members (redeemers), including purchases that were made without the use of rewards within the date range.
        • Redeemed Purchases Revenue - The net revenue (not including the discount given) that was generated by purchases that were made with a loyalty reward within the date range.
        • Loyalty Investment -The monetary value of all the rewards given to customers, excluding referred friend rewards within the date range.

        Referral Metrics

        • Referral Conversion Rate -The percentage of new referrals out of the total amount of customers who clicked the referral link and saw the offer.
        • Referral Revenue - The sum of revenue from purchases made by referred customers, including purchases that were made without the use of rewards within the date range.
        • Redeemed Referral Purchases Revenue - The net revenue (not including the referral discount given) that was generated by purchases that were made with a referral reward - only for the referred friends. 
        • Referral Investment -The monetary value of all the rewards given to referred friends.

        Export Actions

        Multiple export actions give you the flexibility to create one-time reports as a PDF/CSV file or create scheduled automated actions you can sync with your ESP or Slack.

        Generates a one-time report in PDF format.

        Click "Advanced Options" for additional report formatting options:

        Download as CSVs
        Downloads a one-time comma-separated value (.csv) report which can be easily shared with teammates and stakeholders.
        Send
        A one-time action you can use to collaborate with teammates via email or Slack, or push your customer segment data to your ESP via Webhook URL.
        Schedule
        An automatic scheduled action you can use to generate recurring reports and/or a regular sync with your ESP via Webhook URL.

        To create a new scheduled action:

        1. Click the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
        2. Click Schedule
        3. Click New

        You can easily Duplicate or Delete scheduled reports by hovering over the report name.
