You can manage your segments directly from the Segments page within the Yotpo Loyalty admin. Management actions include:

Viewing segment members
Editing segment conditions
Renaming a segment
Duplicating a segment
Deleting a segment
In this article, you’ll learn how to manage your segments in Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals.
View Segment Members
View all members of a segment, along with the information you collected about them in Shopify and/or Yotpo. The following information is available:
Email address
Phone number
First and last name
Loyalty status
Points balance
Tier status
To view segment members, click the relevant segment or select View from its three-dot menu.
Edit Segment Conditions
Next to the segment you want to edit, click the three-dot menu.
Select Edit.
Tip
The segment Summary will update the number of members and customers in real-time as you apply different conditions. Be sure to check if the segment you’re editing is currently used in an earning rule because any changes you make will apply to those rules as well.

When you’re done, click Save.
Your updated segment will appear at the top of the list. You may see an hourglass icon next to the segment members to indicate the segment is still updating.

Rename a Segment
Next to the segment you want to rename, click the three-dot menu.
Select Rename.
Type a new name and press Enter on your keyboard.
Duplicate a Segment
A quick way to create a new segment based on the conditions of an existing one is to duplicate it.
Next to the segment you want to duplicate, click the three-dot menu.
Select Duplicate.
Give your new segment a memorable name so you can find it later, and click Save. Your new segment will be easily identifiable as it will have a NEW label next to it.
Delete a Segment
Note
Deleting a segment will permanently remove it from your account.
Segments that are used by an active earning rule cannot be deleted.
Next to the segment you want to delete, click the three-dot menu.
Select Delete.
To confirm, click Delete again.
