This integration enables you to use events that take place in Yotpo, including review created and review updated, to prompt automations through Mesa. Here are some examples of what you can do: - **Re-engage with customers:** Let customers know their reviews were published on-site to bring them back and create a feeling of transparency. - **Send reviews to other apps:** Create a workflow that starts when a new Yotpo review is created. Share the feedback through email, Slack, Airtable, or 40+ other apps. - **Create scheduled reports:** Email a report of the top Yotpo reviews every week. - **Follow up on poor reviews:** Automatically create a support ticket whenever a review scores below a certain threshold.
