Yotpo's omnichannel solutions
Yotpo offers two options to create the best possible experience for your customers in-store.
- Shopper Managed Loyalty - This is a lighter integration that puts the control in the hands of the shopper. The shopper uses his mobile to access their points and redeem them for discounts. Read more about this solution here.
- Store Associate Managed Loyalty - In this option, the integration requires more effort but every interaction happens on top of the POS itself. This means that the store associate redeems points/ creates accounts/ etc. in the POS interface. Read more about this solution here.
