## Integration benefits

Yotpo’s integration with Omnisend enables brands to leverage valuable reviewer data for effective and targeted segmentation across all Omnisend communication channels, including email, SMS, Facebook, and more. By enriching contact lists with review data, brands are empowered to send the right audience the most relevant message via the most impactful channel. For email campaigns, brands can automate flows based on triggers from Yotpo, so that the message is sent out at the optimal moment.

## Connecting Yotpo with Omnisend

To connect Omnisend and Yotpo:

1. In your Yotpo Reviews main menu, go to [**I****ntegrations**](https://reviews.yotpo.com/#/integrations-center/home).
2. Choose the **Omnisend** card and follow the connection process.
3. You will be redirected to Omnisend - follow the Omnisend guidelines to complete the connection.
