Optimove - Integration Guide for Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals

This integration allows clients to receive loyalty events from Yotpo in Optimove, allowing them to deliver real-time campaigns to their customers. The streamed events can also be used to enrich customer profiles in Optimove for segmentation and insight discovery. For example, clients can leverage Optimove’s AI orchestration to harmonize VIP tier campaigns with non-loyalty promotional campaigns.

Integrating Yotpo and Optimove

1. Get the Yotpo Loyalty endpoint - ask your Optimove CSM for the Yotpo Loyalty endpoint.
   
   Please note:

   You should receive a URL with a similar structure to the URL: https://server-<your tenant ID>.optimove.net/yotpo
2. Place the Optimove endpoint in the Yotpo admin under Settings > General Settings> Webhook URL.
   
3. Once done, 12 different events will be made available automatically on your Optimove site.

   4. Points Reminder 
   5. Points Changed
   6. Points Earned
   7. Loyalty Opt In / Out
   8. Redemption Reminder
   9. Referral Completed

   12. VIP Tier Status Changed

4. Create triggers using the newly added Yotpo Events via the Manage Triggers page.
   Each event parameter will be available as a personalization tag to be leveraged in your templates.
