Goals and Outcomes
Order statuses determine when automatic review request emails are triggered. Yotpo pulls orders based on the statuses supported by the eCommerce platform and your account configuration.
In this article, you’ll learn which order statuses Yotpo supports across different platforms.
Note
By default, Yotpo automatically pulls orders from the last 30 days when a new account is created.
You can adjust this timeframe during installation.
Available order pulling timeframes:
Shopify and BigCommerce: 1 to 180 days
Adobe Commerce and WooCommerce: 1 to 90 days
Order Statuses Supported by Yotpo
The table below shows the default order statuses that Yotpo pulls from each platform.

Multi-product orders
For orders with multiple items, Yotpo checks each product separately before sending a review request.
Partially refunded orders (Shopify only) – When only some items in the order are refunded, you will still see the whole order in the Email Status Dashboard. The email status will show not sent, but on hover, you will see the following message:
“Partial refund - requests will be sent only for valid items”. This means that review requests will be sent only for the non-refunded products.
Products already reviewed in the last 12 months – If the shopper has already reviewed one of the products in the order in the last 12 months, the shopper will receive a review request only for the products they have not reviewed yet. Products that already have a review within the last 12 months are automatically excluded from the email. The status will be not sent but on hover, you will see the following message:
“The shopper already reviewed this product within the last 12 months.”
