        This may be due to the fact that, by default, Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals is set to send out Redemption Reminders and Points Reminder emails after one month

        You can edit the setting at any time and make it more suitable to your needs.

        Edit the setting:

        1. Go to the Communication section of your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals admin
        2. Then, click on the Loyalty emails sections.
        3. Find the Points Reminder and Redemption Reminder email templates and click the "Customize Email" link in the upper right corner of each box.
        4. Choose the relevant setting from the How long after last point activity should we send the reminder? dropdown menu.
        Please Note:
        This change will only apply to customers who earn points after the setting was changed. Customers who earned points prior to changing the setting will still receive their email notification a month after the action.
