Use the Yotpo and Re:amaze integration to instantly see customer reviews and loyalty points during customer conversations.
This integration enables you to do the following:
- Easily see customers' review history. If they haven't left a review, you can prompt them to leave a review within a customer support context.
- Easily see customers' loyalty points and relevant rewards directly inside emails and chats.
- Easily see customers' average ratings and average sentiment so you can tag customer support conversations proactively.
About Re:amaze
Re:amaze is a helpdesk and customer messaging platform designed for eCommerce businesses. Re:amaze is also an all-in-one solution including a multi-channel shared inbox, live chat, chatbots, FAQ, and status page. Re:amaze is natively integrated with platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce.
How it works
When a customer contacts you through one of your Re:amaze channels such as email, chat, chatbot, contact form, or even social media, Re:amaze will be able to look up the customer’s reviews and loyalty status from Yotpo and display it next to your conversation, so you can have a more personal and helpful conversation. You can see a list of all data points that can be included on each customer here.
Before you start
To connect Re:amaze with Yotpo, you’ll first need an account for each platform.
Integrating Yotpo with Re:amaze
To integrate Yotpo with Re:amaze, follow the steps below. You can learn more about this integration on the Re:amaze website.
- Log into your Re:amaze account.
- Go to Settings.
- Click Apps. From the dropdown list, select Yotpo.
- Select the Re:amaze brand you want to connect your Yotpo account to. You can always change this later. Make sure to authorize the connection by following the on-screen instructions.
