    Connecting Yotpo and Rebuy

    To connect the apps:

    1. In your Yotpo SMS & Email main menu, go to Integrations.

    2. Search for Rebuy.

    3. Click Connect Rebuy.

    4. Complete the connection process by following the instructions.

    The apps are now connected and you can set up the rest of the integration.

    Setting URL/UTM based rules in Rebuy

    URL-based rules are a powerful tool that allows you to create customized promotions and offers for your customers based on the pages they visit on your website. With this feature, you can create rules that trigger specific actions, such as displaying a discount code or showing a popup, based on the URL that a customer is browsing.

    You can set up Rebuy to pull Yotpo SMS & Email UTMs to create continuous experiences on-site.

    You can create a personalized experience for customers who click a link in an SMS or email campaign you’ve set up. Let's say you have an SMS campaign about an upcoming Black Friday Sale. You can create a URL-based rule that displays a countdown header toward the Black Friday sale to encourage customers to shop at your store.

    This could help increase the chances of customers making a purchase, as they are being presented with a relevant product recommendation at the right time.

    Another application of this feature is to show a widget on a landing page using a URL-based rule. This can be especially effective when combined with a popup, as it can catch customers' attention and encourage them to take action.

    To implement this feature:

    Step 1:

    Step 2:

    Create a URL-based rule that triggers the display of a widget on your landing page or popup.     Set up a new URL/UTM based rule:

    1. In your Rebuy main menu, go to Data sources > New rule set.

    2. Choose URL in the rule options.
